Our passion for food in Malaysia have produced many innovative local cuisines that bring out the diverse heritage and culture of this country. Sepiring, a home-grown restaurant chain, introduces three new offerings to their enticing menu that is inspired by the heavenly King of Fruits. OH MY DURIAN!
Chief Operations Officer of TCRS Restaurants Sdn Bhd, Wong Kah Yong shares that “Sepiring has always been about offering an exciting variety of authentic recipes from all corners of Malaysia; showcasing the flavours and diversity that makes us all ‘uniquely Malaysian’.”
The first tantalising delight from Sepiring is the Durian Laksa main course that offers a divine taste of herbs and spices that is perfectly blended with the luscious durian meat. For RM20.90, you get to eat the best of both worlds in one scrumptious dish.
To pair with it, Durian Coffee is a specially concocted drink that delivers a rich aroma of coffee, served in both hot or cold, with carefully shredded durian tasted in each sip. Get a glass of iced Durian Coffee for RM13.90 or the hot one for RM12.
For dessert, Sepiring offers the Malaysia’s famous road side cendol mixed with dodol as well as a scoop of durian for a flavourful after-taste. The premium durian makes it a delectable choice for dessert at only RM13.90.
Other Malaysian local cuisines are Nyonya Nasi Ulam with Ayam Percik, Durian Pancake and Gula Melaka Affogato. During this joyful Merdeka period, Sepiring also gives out a small hot dessert to customers who post pictures of the new durian dishes with hashtag #SepiringOhMyDurian.
This special trio is offered for a limited time only (from now until 30th September) and is available at all Sepiring outlets except in Mid Valley Megamall. Also, to rejoice in Sepiring’s durian-inspired fare, a new branch is opening in DPULZE Shopping Centre in Cyberjaya on 18th August so keep an eye out for these Malaysian favourites.
