Add all the numbers of your date of birth until you get a single digit number. Eg: 16 December 1997
(1+6) + (1+2) + (1+9) + (9+7)
7 + 3 + 10 + 16 = 36
3 + 6 = 9
Personal Year Number
Replace your year of birth with the current year of 2019. Eg: 16 March 2019
(1+6) + (0+3) + (2+0) + (1+9)
7 + 3 + 2 + 1 = 13
1 + 3 = 4
