Kuala Lumpur’s very own local brand ‘Colony’ has ticked the box for us by recently launching Castra by Colony–a luxury lodging and event space on a rooftop terrace in the Golden Triangle.
Situated right in KLCC, the glamping assumed a tastefully done Mediterranean makeover. Beneath the sturdy bohemian tented camp, rattan-weaved furniture, pouf ottomans, green plants covered the grounds surrounding the pristine premium bed. The visibly contrasting prints from the pillows to the rugs colourfully encapsulates the mood of the lodging–casual yet luxury in a vibrant scene.
The expansive space of 4,000 sqft includes a private garden lounge, patio seating, outdoor speakers with a barbecue deck. This KL glamping landmark is also equipped with air-conditioning, HD smart TV, fully-stocked minibar and organic toiletries.
As promising as the environment is, camping would not as fun without the right company to hype up the atmosphere.
Fitting up to 10 guests, the two bohemian canopy tents are built to accommodate a large group in the homey lodge, including the fur kids. There are 2 large double beds and 6 single beds in Castra by Colony tents.
It is only a 5 minutes walk for glamping guests to Avenue K Shopping Mall, Petronas Twin Tower, Suria KLCC and the Petronas Philharmonic Hall KLCC just to name a few.
